The question ends and you have about three seconds before the silence starts working against you. This app hears the question, reads your CV and the job description, and puts a short answer on your screen while the pause still looks natural — then the detailed version while you are already speaking.

The app runs at the Windows audio layer instead of inside one meeting service. That is why it hears the other person even when you are on headphones, and why it works with any calling app.
The assistant waits for a finished question instead of replying to half a sentence. Then it gives a short version so you can start speaking immediately, and a detailed one as a plan when the topic needs unpacking.
Your microphone and the system audio are captured separately. Speech is recognised as a stream, the translation appears on screen, and it can be spoken back into the call so the other person hears you in their own language.
Record a clean sample of 10 to 60 seconds and the app builds a voice profile on your machine. From then on your translated speech goes into the call sounding like you, not like a robot reading a subtitle. Nobody on the other end is listening to a synthesiser while deciding whether to hire you.
Suggestions appear in a compact panel above the call window. The main window can be minimised, opacity and size are adjustable, and a separate mode hides the transcript so only the answers remain.
Every session is recorded and transcribed as it happens — you never have to take notes while thinking about your answer. Afterwards the call is still there: the full transcript with timestamps, both languages, the assistant's answers, a summary, and the audio itself. Export the transcript to a text file, replay the recording, or reopen the session weeks later to prepare for the next round with the same company.
This is not a promise, it is how the product is built: there is no place on our side where your calls could sit.
Being honest about this saves us both a call.
The app is paid, but nobody buys it blind. You get a working build, we set it up together, and you run it on a real call of your own. If it does not help you, you walk away and it costs you nothing but the setup call. I onboard people personally, which means a handful at a time — write now rather than the night before your interview.
The app sends nothing into the call on its own. The only thing that goes into the call is what you turn on — the translated speech, if you enable it. The suggestion panel is an ordinary window on your computer, and you decide whether it appears when you share your screen. Test your own setup in advance, and if your company's rules forbid outside assistance, do not use it.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Your own Deepgram key for speech recognition and Groq key for translation — registration is free and I will help you get and enter them. VB-CABLE is only needed if you want the translated speech sent back into the call; for on-screen translation and suggestions it is not required.
Yes, as long as the call runs through your computer. The app captures audio at the Windows device layer rather than plugging into one particular service, so it works the same with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Discord and calls in a browser.
They stay on your computer. There is no account and no server of ours that your conversations pass through. That said, the product is not fully offline: audio goes to speech recognition and text goes to the translation and AI services you connect with your own keys, on your own terms with those providers.
It depends on your connection, the speech recognition service and the model you pick, so I am not going to invent a number in milliseconds. The design goal is that the first useful line arrives before the detailed breakdown — while the pause in the conversation still looks natural.
The licence is bound to one machine through its TPM hardware key. If you change computers or reinstall Windows, send me the new machine ID and I will issue a replacement.
Setup takes one conversation. Doing it the night before does not. Write to me, we get it running, and you walk into that call with the answer already on your screen.
